There was a superb afternoon of running for the 35 pupils who took part in the 3rd PEDSSA cross country run last Thursday. It was the first time the run had been organised at Chapel Gate, so we arrived early to have time to walk the course. It was a beautiful afternoon and all the runners were excited and ready to take on this new challenge. Everyone completed the course, some running very competitively aiming to come in as a high position as they could, and others with the aim to achieve their own personal best. Congratulations to all!

A special mention to or Year 5 runners who competed at this event for the first time. Also to the year 5 and 6 girls team who are currently in 3rd position in the team competition and to the Year 7 and 8 boys team who are joint first!

The last run is on the 5th December, the location is yet to be confirmed. Come on Allenbourn!!
