Well-being Afternoon
Wellbeing afternoon 12th May 2021
As part of our wellbeing programme, implemented this year to support our pupils through the pandemic and beyond, we will be focusing on the benefits of Physical activity on wellbeing and mental health. The children will learn how movement, sport and playing as part of a team can be used as a strategy to further support their mental health - adding to the toolkit children have been building this year throughout sessions.
